Everything you need to know about how your order gets to you.

Where we ship: United States only. There are no customs or import charges on US deliveries.

Processing time: 1–2 business days after your order is confirmed.

Delivery time: 7–15 business days from the ship date. Multi-item orders may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.

Carriers: USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the item.

Free shipping: On all orders of $49 or more. Orders under $49 are charged a flat rate shown at checkout before payment — typically between $5 and $9.

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days, email us and we'll look into it.

Missing or lost items: If part of your order is missing after all packages arrive, or a package is lost in transit, we'll send a replacement at no cost or refund you — your choice.
