Shipping

How long does shipping take?

We process orders within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, delivery within the US typically takes 7–15 business days. We email you a tracking number the moment your order leaves the warehouse.

Do you ship internationally?

Right now we ship within the US only. We are working on expanding — check back in a few months.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order dispatches. If you have not received it within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder first, then email us at contact@petsdad.com.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We offer 30-day returns on items that are unused or defective. Email us at contact@petsdad.com with your order number and we will get the process started. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

My pet did not take to the product — can I still return it?

If the item is still in unused condition (your pet sniffed it but it never got dirty or damaged), yes. Email us and we will work it out. We would rather you send it back than have it sitting unused in your home.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

Email contact@petsdad.com with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice — and we cover the return shipping on our end.

How do you choose which products to sell?

We keep the range small on purpose. Every product is chosen for one thing — helping a pet feel more comfortable and settled — and backed by our 30-day comfort guarantee. If something does not fit that, it does not go on the site. Read more about how we work.

Is the donut bed machine washable?

Yes — the Luxury Plush Donut Bed is fully machine washable, not just a removable cover. Wash on a gentle cycle and tumble dry low to help it keep its shape.

What size donut bed should I get for my dog?

Each size lists the pet weight and dimensions it suits on the product page — the 23.6-inch fits pets up to around 20 lbs (9 kg), with larger sizes for bigger dogs. When in doubt, size up: a pet that is too small for a bed will still use it; one that is too big will not.

Are the water fountains quiet enough for a bedroom?

Yes. Our fountains run on ultra-quiet pumps — the stainless-steel model is rated at just 22 dB, quieter than a whisper. The flow is a soft, gentle stream most people and pets stop noticing after the first day.
