## Refund Policy We offer 30-day returns on items that are unused or defective. **How to start a return:** Email contact@petsdad.com with your order number. We will reply within one business day. **Refund timeline:** 5–10 business days back to your original payment method once we receive the item. **Return shipping:** We cover return shipping on damaged or defective items.
