Shipping Information

Here is exactly what to expect when you place an order with PetsDad. No fake promises, no fine print surprises.

Processing time

We process orders within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout, and a separate shipping confirmation with your tracking number once the order is on its way.

Delivery times

Delivery to the US typically takes 7–15 business days from the date your order ships. This is a real estimate based on our shipping partners, not a best-case scenario we put in the fine print. Most orders arrive closer to the 7–10 day end of that range.

Free shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders of $49 or more. Orders under $49 are charged a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use that number to track your package directly with the carrier. If your tracking has not updated in 5 business days after your shipping confirmation, email us at contact@petsdad.com and we will look into it.
