Returns and Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not, here is how returns work — no guilt, no runaround.

Return window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

What qualifies

We accept returns on items that are unused or defective. You do not need both — either one qualifies. If your pet sniffed the bed but it is otherwise in clean, undamaged condition, that counts as unused. If something arrived broken or stopped working within normal use, that is defective.

How to start a return

Email us at contact@petsdad.com with your order number and a brief note about why you are returning. We will reply within one business day with next steps.

Refund timeline

Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the return criteria, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.

Return shipping

For items that arrived damaged or defective, we cover the return shipping cost. For customer-initiated returns (changed your mind, wrong size, pet not interested), return shipping is the customer's responsibility. There is no restocking fee.
